Riverside Residence, Benowa is a proposed contemporary single residence positioned along the Nerang River. The design draws from Japanese contemporary architecture, focusing on simplicity, balance, and natural integration. With clean lines, open volumes, and a restrained palette of timber and stone, the home offers a seamless connection between the built form and the water’s edge.
